Next, you will apply a small amount of the teeth whitening agent in the trays and place them on your teeth. You will typically keep them on your teeth anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, once a day or as directed by the dentist. Most people will see whiter teeth immediately and get the best result if they wear the trays for 7 to 14 days.
